Yes, we have on-site parking. Please park mindfully in the designated area.

We provide private changing cubicles directly next to the sauna and toilet facilities are available to you at the Cafe (100m walk). In the colder months, we recommend bringing plenty of warm, loose layers to wrap up in after your session.

We do not have hot showers and kindly ask you not to use any shampoo/soap in the cold shower (to avoid pollution from water run-off). 

We do not have secure lockers on-site, so we recommend leaving any precious items at home or locked in your vehicle. Please remember to remove all jewellery before entering the sauna, as metal can become uncomfortably hot in the heat.

Meadow Sauna is an alcohol-free space. To ensure the safety and relaxation of all our guests, we reserve the right to refuse entry without a refund to anyone who appears intoxicated. Please refrain from consuming alcohol or drugs before your visit.

Our traditional wood-fired sauna typically operates between 75°C and 90°C.

Welcome! We suggest arriving 10 minutes before your time slot so we can give you a quick orientation. It’s a great idea to arrive with your swimwear already on under your clothes to maximize your time in the heat.

The Meadow Sauna experience is all about "contrast therapy." We recommend 10–15 minutes in the heat, followed by a refreshing cold shower or a dip in the plunge bath, or just sit by the firepit and cool down. Always listen to your body and move at your own pace. For safety reasons, please do not touch or operate the wood stove; however, you are welcome to use the provided ladle to add water to the stones as instructed.

Because we are a small, independent business, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for "no-shows" or late cancellations.

At this time, Meadow Sauna sessions are reserved for adults (aged 18 and over) only.

To make the most of your Meadow Sauna experience, please bring your swimwear, two towels (one to use as a barrier between you and the sauna bench, and one for drying off), and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. A pair of flip-flops is also recommended for moving between the sauna and changing cubicles/cooling down area etc.

If you don't have any towels with you, you can also hire towels from us at £5 per session (just add to your booking).

Meadow Sauna Club is our way of giving regular sauna-goers better value and a few extra benefits.

Buy either five or ten Social Sauna passes and you automatically become an active member for three months.

During that time you can use your passes, receive £10 off Private Sauna bookings and book available Jump In sessions for £12.

Your passes are valid for three months from the date of purchase.

Any unused passes expire at the end of the three-month period.

Jump In gives active Sauna Club members access to available Social Sauna spaces for £12 per person.

They become available up to 24 hours before an existing live session, where there is still space.

They are subject to availability, so we can’t guarantee there will always be a Jump In session when you want one.

Your passes are for Social Sauna sessions.

However, while your Sauna Club membership is active, you receive £10 off Private Sauna bookings.

Our Private Sauna can be booked for up to eight guests.

Prices start at £55 for up to two people and increase by £10 for each additional guest, up to £115 for eight people.

Active Meadow Sauna Club members receive £10 off Private Sauna bookings.

Everyone is welcome.

You can book a Social Sauna for £17 per person or book the sauna privately from £55 without joining the Sauna Club.

Membership simply gives regular sauna-goers another way to book and save.
