We’re looking for enthusiastic Front-of-House Team Members to join us from August and become part of our long-term team.

We’re looking for people who can commit to regular shifts throughout the year and are keen to become part of our team for the longer term. This is not a summer or holiday role. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.

About the role:

As part of the FOH team, you’ll be the face of Meadow Café – greeting guests, taking orders, running dishes, making drinks, and helping ensure service runs smoothly day to day. If you have more experience, you may also support with shift leadership, team training, and ensuring high standards throughout the café.

This is a great opportunity to join a new venue, shape the customer experience, and grow with us as the business expands.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have some experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role

• Are warm, upbeat, and love making people feel welcome

• Are confident under pressure and comfortable on a busy floor

• Have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering great service

• Enjoy working in a team and supporting those around you

• Are reliable, organised, and keen to get stuck in

• Are aged 18 or over.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming and seating guests

• Taking orders at the counter and table

• Serving food and drinks

• Helping with barista, drinks and food prep

• Ensuring a clean and well-presented space at all times

• Working as part of the team to keep service running smoothly

• Supporting with daily open/close routines (including cleaning duties)

• (If experienced) Assisting with training, shift management and stock

About the role:

Coffee is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in every drink they serve, enjoys working efficiently during busy services, and understands that great hospitality is every bit as important as great coffee.

Alongside making consistently excellent coffee, you’ll help welcome guests, support the wider Front-of-House team, and ensure every customer has a fantastic experience from arrival to departure.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based coffee and seasonal drinks

• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and speed

• Welcome guests and provide warm, friendly service throughout their visit

• Support with taking orders, serving food and drinks, and running food when needed

• Keep the coffee station clean, organised and fully stocked

• Help maintain a welcoming café environment

• Work closely with the kitchen and wider Front-of-House team

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have solid barista experience and a passion for great coffee

• Are confident leading a team in a busy café environment

• Thrive on friendly, hands-on customer service

• Are excited about contributing to a new, evolving venue

• Care about quality, sustainability, and doing things properly

• Are looking for a long-term role where you can grow with the business
