We’re delighted to welcome Bex Lloyd to Meadow Somerset for a new weekly yoga class — a calm, grounding hour designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and create a little more space in your week.
Held in our peaceful Meadow Room, overlooking the orchard, these intimate small-group sessions offer a gentle way to move, stretch and unwind in a beautiful rural setting. With a maximum of 8 people per class, there’s plenty of space to settle in and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, Bex’s Thursday morning class is open to all.
Bex brings a warm, thoughtful and calming approach to yoga, creating classes that invite you to move slowly, listen to your body and reconnect with yourself.
Her sessions are designed to feel accessible and nurturing, with an emphasis on ease rather than effort. If you’re unsure whether the class is right for you, Bex is very happy to chat beforehand and help you decide.
Join Bex for a slow, grounding flow that gently blends slow vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga.
The class begins with low-to-the-ground movement to ease the body open, before gradually settling into longer-held, restful shapes and stillness. Expect very few standing poses, plenty of time to breathe, and a deeply calming start to your Thursday.
These sessions are ideal if you’re looking to release tension, improve mobility, quiet the mind and leave feeling refreshed, settled and restored.
Everyone is welcome — no previous yoga experience needed.
