We’re so excited to be collaborating with Howe Movement to bring weekly Pilates classes to Meadow Somerset — the perfect blend of wellbeing, community and calm.
Set in our light-filled Meadow Room overlooking the orchard, these small group sessions are designed to help you move with strength, balance, and ease — whatever your experience level.
Claire's love for Pilates started over 15 years ago and has evolved from client to teacher and starting Howe Movement. She is very committed to helping people with training both their mind and body and it was during her study of Pilates Claire realised there is so much more to the world of Pilates than people realise and she is now extremely passionate about sharing this with everyone.
***NEW*** Barre Classes (from 9th May 2026)
The barre classes will boost heart rate, making you feel revitalised with high energy and low impact movements - fusing pilates, ballet inspired moves and strength training. The classes are designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, whilst also increasing flexibility and improving posture. No experience needed, suitable for all levels.

Mat Classes
The mat classes will help you build strength, improve flexibility and leave you feeling refreshed through controlled, low-impact movement. Combining Pilates-based exercises with bodyweight strength work, each class is designed to tone, strengthen and support your whole body while improving posture, balance and core stability. No experience needed, suitable for all levels.
