Following the success of our previous supper clubs with Ross, we’re thrilled to be hosting another very special evening at Meadow.

We’re delighted to be welcoming back Ross Stacey in May, cooking alongside Sally Edwards, for a supper club inspired by the bold, generous flavours of French and Italian springtime cooking. With a background shaped by years at the world-famous River Café in London, as well as many other kitchens, travels and experiences, Ross brings a style of cooking that celebrates exceptional ingredients, relaxed sharing, and simple dishes cooked beautifully.

The menu will feature aperitivo-style bites, seasonal spring produce, langoustines, fire-cooked Herdwick lamb, classic accompaniments and a tart, elegant dessert, all served in Meadow’s warm and welcoming setting.

Expect a relaxed, celebratory evening full of abundance, flavour and delicious cooking.
